Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Civil Court Recruitment

Clerk

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Knowledge of Computer is essential.
  • Candidate must be medically fit.
  • Candidate must be of good moral character.

Stenographer

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Candidate must have a certificate of Stenography issued by an institute recognized by Central/ State Government.
  • Proficiency in Computer Typing.
  • Candidate must be medically fit.
  • Candidate must be of good moral character.

Court Reader cum Deposition Writer

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University.
  • Candidate must have a certificate of English and Hindi Typing issued by an institute recognized by Central / State Government.
  • Knowledge of Computer Typing is essential.
  • Candidate must be medically fit.
  • Candidate must be of good moral character.

Peon / Orderly

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • The candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Matriculation/ 10th Passed.
  • Candidate must be medically fit.
  • Candidate must be of good moral character.
